Telco network deployment and operation processes have multiple stakeholders and many hand-off points, which might pose challenges to cost, time and efficient control. Most process workflow management systems are desktop based which limit efficiency and effectiveness for field staff.

We are looking for workflow management solutions, which are supported on mobile, tablets and laptops and can offer dashboard and reporting capabilities as well as a central repository for data and role based accessibility with notifications and escalation. A seamless and integrated solution across devices would provide both field and office stakeholders an end to end visibility of the process and workflow.
